My Experience

I work with individuals and small groups to discuss relevant teaching practices and offer support as necessary to the changing climate of education. Sometimes teachers need practical support with lesson planning, classroom management or organisational systems and sometimes they need to familiarise themselves with new company policies, government regulations or time management. The most effective strategy is developing relationships without judgement where teachers feel comfortable enough to open up and accept advice without making them feel vulnerable.
